Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Gitroom LLC, the company behind Postiz (“we”, “us”), for the website at nevo.md and the MCP server at mcp.nevo.md (together, “Nevo’s Brain” or “the service”). By connecting the service to your agent or signing in, you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company too.

1. The service

Nevo’s Brain is an MCP server that lets your AI agent search Nevo David’s playbooks on distribution and marketing: notes from his posts, articles, talks and interviews. It is free. We may add to it, change it, limit it or shut it down at any time, and we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

2. Your account

• You sign in with an email address you control. One account per person.
• You must be at least 16, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms.
• You are responsible for what happens through your account, including everything your agent does with it. Keep your agent’s tokens to yourself.

3. Fair use

Each account can make up to 60 calls a minute. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or systematically extract the brain’s content, or try to rebuild it as a dataset;
• use its content to train or fine-tune AI models;
• resell access, share your account, or offer the service to others through your own product or server;
• get around the rate limits or a block, for example by opening more accounts;
• probe, attack or overload the service, or try to reach parts of it not meant for you;
• use it for anything illegal, or send it other people’s personal information or anyone’s secrets.

4. The content

The brain’s content, its notes and playbooks and the answers built from them, belongs to us and Nevo David. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the answers to run and grow your own business, including in the work your agent does for you. You can quote short parts if you credit Nevo David. You can’t republish the brain or large parts of it. “Nevo’s Brain” and “Postiz” are our names; don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

5. Your searches

What your agent sends stays yours. You give us permission to store and use it to run, protect and improve the service, as the privacy policy describes. Don’t send anything you don’t have the right to share.

6. Not advice, no guarantees

The brain shares what worked for Nevo and Postiz, with the numbers he saw. It is general information, not business, legal, financial or tax advice, and his results don’t predict yours. Your agent may also misread or misquote what it finds. Check anything before you act on it, especially before spending money or posting in public. You are responsible for what you and your agent do.

7. Other services

You use the brain through an agent app (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) run by another company, under that company’s terms. Answers may link to other websites, which we don’t control. The brain’s answers also ask your agent to suggest following Nevo on X and LinkedIn.

8. The newsletter

Signing in subscribes you to Nevo’s newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any email and keep using the service.

9. Blocking and leaving

We can suspend or block an account at any time, without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms or harms the service or other people. You can stop using the service whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. Sections 4 to 6 and 10 to 13 keep applying after your access ends.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you or your agent used the service, or because you broke these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from it.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Gitroom LLC is registered, and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them at home.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top; for changes that matter, we will also email you. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
